Shipping & Returns


JOANNA MAXHAM ( offers free ground shipping on all domestic orders within the United States, and free shipping on international orders above $250. Please refer to Shipping Methods for more information.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know we have received your order and are working to get it shipped out. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days pending availability and credit verification. Delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with the shipping date and tracking number. Shipping times vary; for standard UPS Ground service, we estimate you will receive your order within 3 – 7 business days of its ship date. For UPS 2Day, your order will be delivered in 2 business days after your order has been processed.

After delivery to the shipping address indicated on your order, JOANNA MAXHAM cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS service, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Please note we cannot ship packages to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed after 12pm ET, Monday-Friday, will typically be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with confirmation of your order’s ship date. We estimate you will receive your order within 7 – 12 business days of its ship date however, shipping times do vary. International Orders are shipped via DHL Express.


Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or international shipping cost. Duty and tax charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by your country’s local carrier prior to delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase. JOANNA MAXHAM is not responsible for any duties, taxes or fees associated with the import and final delivery of your order.


Delivery times are estimates. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries.  JOANNA MAXHAM is not responsible for unanticipated delays by carriers or customs clearance.

We accept returns initiated within 15 days of delivery of your order.  To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.  To complete a return, please email with your Order Number and reason for return. We will get back with you with a return confirmation number which must be included in your return shipment and a prepaid UPS return label. You may use another carrier of your choice, however we recommend that you use trackable service and insure the package. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

Returns must be mailed within 5 days of receiving your return confirmation number. Returns mailed more than 5 days after the date of your return confirmation will not be accepted. Items returned that are not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.

Items sold as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received and whether or not it is eligible for refund. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.


If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company; it may take some time before you refund is officially posted.
