We offer free returns for domestic full priced orders and select seasonal items. Final sale items marked with price ending .99 will not be accepted for order cancellation, exchange, or refund.

In order to receive a refund the merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in the exact condition in which it was shipped.


Step 1: E-mail sales@joannamaxham.com to submit a return request. We will respond within 2 business days. In the rare case we do not respond – please contact us by phone at 1-855 BY JOANNA | 1-855 295 6266, as your e-mail might have not passed a spam filter. Please include your order number and reason for return to help us process your request quickly.

 

Step 2: You will receive an email with a pre-paid UPS return label and a return authorization form.  Attach the UPS label to the outside of the return package and enclose the return authorization form inside the package.

 

Step 3: Drop off your package at a UPS location, or hand it off to a UPS driver. For locations visit www.ups.com

 

Step 4: Once we process your order you will receive an email from a JOANNA MAXHAM customer care representative confirming that your return is received. Please allow 3-5 business days from the time we receive your return for the refund to be processed. Please allow your financial institution up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.

We also accept returns on International Orders, however we are not able to reimburse the customs import fees or any fees related to shipping to or from the United States.
