SHOPPING ONLINE

PURCHASING
Customers from the United States and Canada can use our online store to purchase their items. joannamaxham.com does not currently charge sales tax for items being delivered to any U.S. state with the exception of New York and Maine, where customers are subject to their respective sales tax.

Our European customers can place an order directly at our European subsidiary by e-mailing sales@joannamaxham.com. You need to tell us your location (country), the style and colour selected as well as any discount code you may have. We will follow up with the confirmation of the price in EUR, and secure payment instructions. Your order will not be final until you accept our offer and make the payment.

Customers from ASIA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND AND MEXICO are invited to e-mail us at sales@joannamaxham.com. We will do our best to accommodate their order, but because shipping cost, taxes and duties vary by country, they will be liable for these additional fees.

By purchasing goods from joannamaxham.com you agree that the offer and sale of those goods takes place in, and will be governed exclusively by the laws of, the State of Maine, where TIZANNE LLC company is incorporated. You also agree that any legal or equitable claim against us arising from or related to your purchase must be brought in the city, state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Maine and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

PRE-ORDERS

At  joannamaxham.com we offer merchandise for sale that has not arrived yet at our warehouse. These items are marked as "out of stock” and ship when the goods arrive at our warehouse. You can order these items to reserve purchase and we will ship them to you as soon as they are available. The expected delivery date for pre-ordered merchandise is listed on our web site next to the respected item. We do our best to keep these dates accurate but please be aware that some may vary.
