SHIPPING & HANDLING
UNITED STATES & CANADA Items purchased by US and Canadian customers are shipped from the US warehouse. We charge $10 to ship an item via UPS Ground and $25 via UPS Express within the United States, and $25 to ship an item via UPS Ground and $40 via UPS Express to Canada.
Please allow 3-5 business days for order to be processed and additional 2-3 days for shipping. If order needs to be delivered sooner than given time frame, please contact our office either through email at sales@joannamaxham.com or call 212.537.9286. Additional costs may apply.
EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES European customers can purchase our items directly from our European Subsidiary by e-mailing sales@joannamaxham.com. You need to tell us your location (country), the style and color selected as well as any discount code you may have. We will follow up with the confirmation of the price in EUR, and secure payment instructions. Your order will not be final until you accept our offer and make the payment.
Our European prices are in line with the US prices (we apply daily updated exchange rate) and include all relevant taxes. Items are shipped from the European warehouse so you will not be liable for any customs duties. We charge EUR 20 to ship via UPS. Please allow 3-5 business days for order to be processed and additional 2-3 days for shipping.

ASIA/AUSTRALIA/NEW ZEALAND/MEXICO Customers from these territories can place the order by e-mailing sales@joannamaxham.com. Your order will not be final until you accept our offer and make the payment.
We charge $100 to ship an item via UPS Expedited to the following countries: Mexico, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. We will ship from our European warehouse. Please allow 3-5 days for the order processing
JOANNA MAXHAM |TIZANNE LLC is not responsible for any foreign customs or duties that may be applied after shipment. Please check with your local customs agent before ordering. If you decide to refuse any shipments from JOANNA MAXHAM |TIZANNE LLC you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REPAIRS
RETURN POLICY JOANNA MAXHAM handbags are made with great care by a small group of experienced European artisans. We strive to ensure that your product will meet all of your expectations. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail us WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS FROM WHEN YOUR ORDER WAS RECEIVED at sales@joannamaxham.com or call 212.537.9286.
Please include "RETURN” or "EXCHANGE” in the subject line. Describe the reason along with your current e-mail, home address and telephone number. A customer service representative will contact you within 48 hours and provide you with detailed return instructions. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP THE ITEMS TO OUR NEW YORK OFFICE. YOU WILL RECEIVE THE SHIPPING INSURTCUSTIOND FROM US.
We will only accept an unused item in its original and unworn condition. You must keep all tickets attached and provide a copy of your invoice. We do not reimburse shipping fees. We must receive the item within 14 days for a full refund. Items received after 14 days but within 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise that is found to be worn or damaged may not be refunded. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
ALL SALE ITEMS AND SPECIAL ORDERS ARE FINAL. We will not accept refunds, or exchanges on these items.
RETURNS When your returned item is received, we will send a confirmation email that your credit card has been refunded. The refund can only be issued to the card that was used to purchase, so if you receive a gift, you may exchange your item for one that is of equal or greater value and we will charge you the difference.
EXCHANGES For exchange you must request a new color or style in your e-mail or phone message. You can only request an item that is currently available. After your request is approved, and you send back your unworn item, and we will charge or credit the difference in price onto your credit card. You will receive an email when your card is credited for a return. The new item will be shipped within 3-5 business days, and you will need to add 2-3 business days for delivery. You will receive an email when your exchange is shipped.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT A RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF AN ITEM BOUGHT FROM ANOTHER RETAILER.
REPARIS For purchases made within the preceding four months, we repair free of charge. If repair is due to wear and tear, we will provide an estimated repair cost upon receipt of bag. For all sample sale purchases, customer must pay for repair costs. For all repairs, we guarantee customers a 45 day or less turn-around time.
